Best for: Small and medium-sized enterprises.
What Is EasyWebinar?
EasyWebinar is a real-time webinar, chat, scheduling, and conference management tool. Depending on your business’s needs, you can use it to broadcast live or automated webinars.
There’s more:
This solution is suitable for various industries, such as SaaS, consultation, marketing, education, nonprofit, you name it.
And it has a variety of use cases such as company conferencing, interactive onboarding, product launches, sales funnels, online classes, and team meetings.
In addition, it has iOS and Android apps, but it’s also cloud-based, so you can access it on different operating systems such as Windows, Mac, or Linux.
Now, let's tackle its functionalities one by one to see if those fantastic EasyWebinar reviews hold any water.
Features
Here’s what this platform offers.
High-quality Video
If you’re looking for a webinar tool with picture-perfect video, this is it!
The EasyWebinar app uses its live engine to produce high-definition output, so you can say goodbye to blurry screens.
And these gorgeous results aren’t only for aesthetic appeal.
They can also give a better Return On Investment (ROI), according to nearly 90% of marketers.
Not only that, but eight in ten also report that visitors spend more time on their websites when watching videos.
So ideally, you want yours to look as stunning as possible, so your audience doesn’t go to your competition.
Collaboration Tools
If you need to jump on a quick video call to work on something with your team, the EasyWebinar software can help.
It has screen sharing, letting everyone contribute to a discussion.
It also allows you to:
- Invite attendees plus three additional presenters on the fly
- Send real-time offers and even track their click-through rates
- Carry out Q and As
- Send email notifications before and after events
- Poll your audience to make your webinar more engaging
By the way, you can make any attendee a presenter at the click of a button.
No Delay Streaming
With EasyWebinar, you don’t have to wait to initiate a request (ask a question) or get a response. The platform offers no latency streaming to eliminate waiting time.
Record and Archive
EasyWebinar recording allows you to save your live presentations for future reference. You can also download them to turn them into automated webinars later.
Internet Stability Indicator
EasyWebinar displays your network status to show how it might affect streaming. If it’s too slow, you’ll get an “Internet is Unstable ” message.
That way, you can make the necessary adjustments in advance to receive a powerful signal.
And there are many ways to kill this rat:
Moving your device closer to your router or hotspot could work. Alternatively, you can show your video only when you need to speak. You can also close other applications.
If none of the above works, this solution will use HLS Streaming servers to send a lower resolution signal.
Dynamic Scheduling
With this tool, you can run:
- Recurring
- One-time
- Series-based
- Or evergreen webinars
Here’s a simple explanation for each:
One-time webinars are those you only do once.
Evergreens feel like live events, but ideally, you set a time for them to execute. They act as automated funnels to help you generate leads – one of the reasons EasyWebinar is great for Internet marketing.
Series-based are presentations that come in stages. An example could be an online educational course requiring repeated attendance to complete.
Custom Fields
Most webinar software limits the amount of registrant information you can collect, but not this one. It goes past the usual name and email address and allows you to ask for anything in the form of:
- Text (profession, gender, country of residence, etc.)
- Numbers (date of birth, number of children, or company size, amongst others)
- Multiple choice
This information is beneficial as you can reroute it to your CRM. Basically, it’ll help you understand your clients better and develop strategies to retain them long-term.
Customizable Templates
EasyWebinar reviews show that most users are happy with its flexibility.
And that’s true.
The company offers lead pages, OptimizePress, registration forms, Thrive Themes, and landing pages that you can embed on your website.
Now:
You can go with its out-of-the-box templates.
Alternatively, you can tailor-make them to represent your brand.
That could be anything from changing colors, adding logos, or putting in custom messages like “Welcome”/“Thank You.”
EasyCast
This application allows you to simulcast.
Let me explain that:
Simulcasting helps you do live presentations on social media networks like Facebook or YouTube simultaneously. Aaaaand, it's nothing complicated. It only requires one click.
Realtime Chat
EasyWebinar live streaming allows you to chat instantaneously for on-the-spot feedback. Plus, you can add emojis, so your communication reflects your tone and mood.
TrueVoice Technology
TrueVoice ensures your audios are crystal clear. In other words, it cancels any outside noise that may interfere with quality. In addition, it uses high bandwidth to eliminate delays even with two guests speaking at the same time.
Reporting and Analytics
EasyWebinar displays metrics that give you more insights into how your presentations perform.
They show how many people attended and if they completed their sessions. They also reveal how many offers they clicked on or if they asked any questions. You can export the stats as a CSV file for further analysis.
EasyWebinar Integrations
You can get more out of the platform by linking it with CRM tools.
They help you collect the emails of people who registered for your webinar. They also display details like who didn’t click on an offer or signed up but never attended, among many others.
Such insights are essential when structuring campaigns to target specific individuals.
Examples of tools you can integrate with EasyWebinar are:
- Drip
- Active Campaign
- Get Response
- Aweber
- Mailchimp
Aside from that, you can use the EasyWebinar Zapier integration to connect to thousands of apps. Examples include Slack, Dropbox, or Gmail.
Data Security
EasyWebinar follows General Data Protection Rules (GDPR) if you handle data of European Union citizens.
The rules are accuracy, fairness, transparency, confidentiality, accountability, plus storage limitations. Note that the company constantly monitors any policy changes for timely updates.
That’s not all:
The AWS infrastructure’s Data Processing Addendum (DPA) adds to the EasyWebinar features. The contract relates to user data transfer.
Not only that but it’s powered by Dolby Technologies, which uses high-grade encryption.
In the end, you can be pretty sure that the company won’t misuse the information you collect from your clients.
Interface and Ease of Use
EasyWebinar has a steep learning curve, partly because of its many features.
The interface also wasn’t exactly a breeze to navigate at first, and it looks a bit dated.
However, once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to use.
With some practice, I was able to explore the platform stress-free.
EasyWebinar Pricing
This platform doesn’t have a free version or a money-back guarantee. However, it has a 14-day trial for its premium packages.
Here’s a breakdown of EasyWebinar’s plans:
- Standard - $78/month - for up to 100 live attendees.
- Pro - $129/month - for up to 500 seats.
- Enterprise - $499/month - for up to 2000 seats.
*The organization will give you three months for free if you subscribe for annual billing.
Support
EasyWebinar’s support is available 24/7. And it has some of those agents that leave you feeling that there are still good people left in the world.
That’s because they go out of their way to assist. And when they do, the job is thorough. My contact person even offered a quick Zoom call to explain something complex.
You can reach customer support via:
- Chat
- And phone
EasyWebinar Review - Verdict
Just like any other application, EasyWebinar has both pros and cons.
For one, it's pretty pricey compared to alternatives like GoToMeeting. Nonetheless, EasyWebinar has live chat and online training, which GoToMeeting lacks.
While testing it for this EasyWebinar review, I also found it a bit hard to navigate. However, its fantastic customer support makes up for it.
Despite its shortcomings, EasyWebinar can be a great addition to your business. It produces high-quality videos, allows customization, and has robust analytical tools. It also offers a ton of integrations, and its data security is top-notch.
But don’t just take my word for it.
The EasyWebinar free trial will let you experiment with it for two entire weeks.
