I experimented with the program firsthand to check if it’s user-friendly.

Its interface looks a little dated compared to other CRM software. It may be confusing at first glance due to the myriad of actions you can perform. As a result, the software has a bit of a learning curve.

However, Maximizer tries to make things easier with video demonstrations and online training. The two buttons below are present in each window to give you quick access to explanations and tutorials.

The Small office plan is limited to one user only, while the two higher versions have no seat maximum.

Maximizer CRM vs Salesforce CRM

This wouldn’t be a complete Maximizer CRM review if I didn’t compare it to one of its most popular alternatives.

Both platforms suit small and medium-sized businesses and divisions of large organizations. Their deployment is also the same.

Salesforce integrates seamlessly with third-party apps, while Maximizer CRM only has integrations with 11 apps. If you want to use more, you need to connect to Zapier.

Salesforce offers four different plans, compared to Maximizer’s three. Their starting prices are similar. The former’s minimum price plan is $25, while the latter’s is $35. They both offer 30-day free trials.

However, moving up to the higher plans shows Maximizer CRM to be the cheaper solution. Its subsequent two versions cost between $25 and $50 less than those of Salesforce.

The main features of Maximizer CRM are lead management, sales pipeline management, reports and analytics, action plans, and workflow automation.

Salesforce CRM, on the other hand, specializes in contact and task management, workflow creation, and opportunity tracking. It also offers collaboration and customer engagement tools and analytics.

Overall, Salesforce tends to be the more feature-rich platform.

Which one do I recommend?

They’re both viable solutions. It all depends on the workflow you want to create, the price you’re willing to pay, and the features you require.

Maximizer CRM Review – Verdict

Maximizer is a customer relationship management software suitable for small and medium-sized businesses. It provides all the key features to help your business effectively engage with its customers.

As with any software, Maximizer CRM has its pros and cons. However, it manages to balance them quite nicely.

It offers limited integrations, but you can get a lot more functionality through Zapier.

Although there isn’t a money-back guarantee, it provides a 30-day free trial and a demo by a Maximizer representative.

Its basic plan is a bit costly compared to some of its competitors, but the higher you go, the more cost-effective the software gets.

So, do I recommend it?

Maximizer CRM is the right solution if you own a small business and want to expand it. And if you need some time to test it, you can always do it for free.
