Best for: All Amazon sellers
What Is Sellzone?
Formerly known as Sellerly, Sellzone is one of the best all-in-one solutions for Amazon sellers, created by the Semrush team. The company has attracted over seven million users worldwide, and it ranks extremely well on sites such as Capterra, Trustpilot, and G2.
Sellzone’s kit has seven tools, all of which work hand-in-hand to provide a seamless experience.
So, is it what your Amazon store is missing?
Let’s find the answer in this comprehensive Sellzone review.
Features
As mentioned above, Sellzone encompasses seven separate tools for boosting your Amazon marketplace. Let’s take a better look at each of them:
Traffic Insights
Sellzone offers a Traffic Insights tool for analyzing traffic on Amazon product pages. It provides all the relevant data you need for planning how to outsource your competitors.
All you need to do is provide the platform with the product’s URL or ASIN code. Sellzone then automatically brings up the product image and item title. When you click Analyze, all relevant data appears on the next page.
The information you get includes everything from Google and Amazon organic search and top keywords to traffic via referrals and shopping ads.
For example, I asked Sellzone to take a better look at the KLIM Blaze gaming mouse from the official KLIM Amazon store:
It took the platform a second to provide data. Now, if I was to list a wireless gaming mouse to my own Amazon store, I could rely on this new information when doing so.
In addition, the tool showed me domains that led users to the KLIM Blaze page, how it performed in the organic Google searches, and a lot more.
Keyword Wizard
Sellzone helps you find the best keywords for each of your products. The right combinations ensure your product always shows on top on Amazon. This improved visibility then translates into more traffic and eventually into more sales.
Whether you’re looking for the most popular or low-competition keywords, Sellzone will find them for you. Not only that, but in the Related section, you’ll get more good ideas.
You also get filters for fine-tuning your keyword lists. For example, you can use it to exclude all combinations that include brand names or only display the second-highest search volume range.
This tool has been built specifically for Amazon. It provides high-volume search terms from the Sellzone database of keywords.
When I performed a search for wireless gaming mouse keywords, this is what I got:
Listing Quality Checks
Sellzone lets you know if it’s time to edit some of your listings. It’s flawless when it comes to identifying errors and checking whether or not a listing is in line with Amazon’s guidelines. The results you get from Listing Quality Checks are in the range of zero to 10.
But that’s not all you get from this tool.
Sellzone also provides actionable advice on how to improve your listings. So, if it identifies an error with one of your products, it’ll automatically tell you how to fix it.
I again used the KLIM Blaze Amazon page to test this tool.
Sellzone found that the page meets all the important requirements, as seen in the screenshot below.
However, it found out that the page doesn’t follow all Amazon Style recommendations, and it provided quick and easy solutions. It also discovered that the page could use two quick updates to ensure all the best practices for sellers are met.
Below, you can see the advice Sellzone provided regarding writing style on the page:
Regardless of how large your Amazon store is, an occasional session with the Listing Quality Check tool is enough to give it a boost.
Listing Alerts
This is one of the oldest tools Semrush included in Sellzone. Originally known as Listing Protection, this feature lets you track all key changes to your listings and rankings.
You can always choose which of your listings you want the tool to monitor. As with all other features, the process of adding pages to your watchlist is painless. You just copy the URL or ASIN, click on Monitor, and Sellzone will take care of the rest. You don’t even have to add products one by one as there’s a Bulk Add button you can use.
As the name suggests, this instrument provides instant alerts when something unexpected happens on the market.
Sellzone can also keep an eye on your competitors’ products. With the info you get from Listing Alerts, you’ll be able to come up with sale ideas or simply react to their changes right away.
For example, I asked it to monitor the KLIM Blaze Amazon page for me. It took the tool about 15 minutes to start keeping track of the product's price and other relevant information.
In their Sellzone reviews, most beginners mentioned no issues using the Listing Alerts feature.
PPC Optimizer
Dealing with marketing on your own can be tough, but the PPC Optimizer feature is your knight in shining armour. This tool optimizes your Amazon ad campaigns and automates the majority of your advertising processes.
To have Sellzone take care of marketing for you, you’ll have to link it to your Amazon Advertising account. It’ll then help you determine which products you should advertise and help you track campaign data.
This tool will definitely simplify running a PPC campaign. In fact, there’s no need for you to deal with it at all. Your every transaction will potentially trigger a change in your marketing campaign, ensuring you never waste resources on ineffective marketing techniques.
The only thing you have to do when employing this tool is set your daily advertising budget and choose the start and finish dates.
Even if you don’t input keywords yourself, the platform will take care of it. It’ll gather intel so that it can complete the entire process on its own.
Thanks to how intuitive the dashboard is, you’ll have no trouble gathering information from your campaigns. It makes it easy to pay some extra attention to your overall budget, clicks, ACoS, and impressions.
Product Research
When selling things on Amazon, it’s important to identify the best-selling goods on the platform.
It comes with an FBA calculator which helps you estimate your total costs and potential profits. It even provides a projection of the number of sales you could make on a monthly basis.
In addition, you get:
- keyword research tool
- inventory tracking
- email scheduler
You can select categories to search within and add keywords that may help you find what you’re looking for. There’s also the option to choose between low, medium, and high selling.
To keep things consistent, when testing this feature, I searched for wireless gaming mice, just like the KLIM Blaze. While the search took place almost instantly, Sellzone took some time to go through all the listings and find the right products. Less than a minute later, I got all the important information on relevant mice.
Let’s look at the data it provides.
It’s also important to mention that you can use this feature even without getting a Pro plan. All you have to do is sign up at Sellzone to do it.
Amazon Split Testing
As mentioned at the beginning of this review, Amazon Split Testing was the original tool Sellzone came with. It has been around the longest.
To use it, you first have to synchronize it with your Amazon account. This means you need to provide your seller ID and MWS details. Once you do that, you can use it to split test things such as:
- listing titles
- descriptions
- images
- prices
When testing, you can choose between running it for one to 30 days. After that, it’s time to set the parameters the Split Testing tool will use. The only thing left to do is test and monitor results in real-time. In case you see some negative dynamics, you can stop the test and make any necessary changes.
Once the entire process is finished, Sellzone will notify you and let you compare the results to test samples.
Also important to mention is that there’s no limit on the number of split tests you can run.
In addition, Sellzone provides an extensive guide on Amazon Split or A/B testing.
Ease of Use and Interface
Sellzone has one of the neatest interfaces among all other platforms of its kind.
The best part - everything is in one place. The unified main dashboard gives you control of all the features you need for handling your Amazon listings. You’re just a button away from them when in the main dashboard menu.
Regardless of which feature you’re using, all options are laid out in front of you. Most of the time, these are empty bars you can paste URLs and ASINs or enter keywords in.
Some of the tools require you to link your Amazon account to Sellzone. This process is also painless as there’s a Connect Amazon Account button that takes you to your store in a single click.
I came across a few negative Sellzone reviews regarding the interface. However, mos mentioned how easy they found navigating through the platform and putting each feature to use.
Sellzone Pricing
When signing up with Sellzone, you can choose between three different plans:
$0
Somewhat limited in features but enough for new Amazon sellers who want to put it to the test. It includes the Product Research tool, unlimited Split Tests, and Listing Checks for Amazon requirements.
There’s another way to check out the platform for free. You can use the seven-day free trial to see how the Pro subscription looks. Just keep in mind that after the free trial period ends, you’ll be charged unless you cancel your subscription.
Sellzone Review - Verdict
Overall, Sellzone is an extremely powerful, yet straightforward solution that can give your Amazon store a boost. I had no trouble testing each of the seven features when writing this Sellzone review.
What’s more - you don’t have to pay anything to put it to use. The free plan is more than enough to get a feeling of how Sellzone works.
To top it all, you can take advantage of an exclusive 14-day free trial of the paid plans with our link.
So, give it a chance - you will be amazed!
