They won’t be available for those that didn’t click choose that.

You can also set your survey to redirect respondents based on the answers they give.

• Personalize the survey experience for each respondent using the piping and variables feature.

To take things a step further, you can also utilize the custom CSS tool. You can change the image, fonts, labels, icons, and more. The SurveySparrow templates can also be customized, although customization options are somewhat limited.

If you want, you can get instant email notifications whenever a respondent submits their answers. You can also have your survey research reports sent directly to your inbox at a preferred day, time, and frequency. 

The tool lets you keep an offline copy of your reports by exporting them in PDF format, or crack the numbers on a statistical survey by exporting them in SPSS.

All your data, including your survey reports and analytics, are securely protected with encryption.

Ease of Use and Interface

If easy-breezy is something you’re looking for in a survey platform, then you’ll love the SurveySparrow software.  

The whole creation process is incredibly straightforward. The tool features an intuitive builder with everything you need to create your survey. It even allows you to pick from an assortment of question types, and you can add images, videos, emojis, and gifs. 

You can gain insight into your surveys using the clean and sleek report-savvy dashboard. You’ll be able to view responses, filter and sort them, and have them exported. 

Your SurveySparrow account can also be accessed via the mobile app on both iOS and Android devices. I got the Android one to test it for this SurveySparrow review. The app is equally as easy to navigate and comes with all the features available on the web application.

SurveySparrow Review - Verdict

There are many things to love about SurveySparrow. We’ve easily come to see why the software has so many positive user reviews. 

It is really easy to use, which makes it a suitable platform for all users. It also has a good selection of price offerings for both personal and business use. Great for people with different budgets. 

Its convenient mobile app earns the software a big plus in my book.

However, in spite of all the positive SurveySparrow reviews, this software isn’t perfect.

The biggest issue I found was with the customer support. Even though the program features several training and support resources, its actual customer support is sub-par. The support team can only be contacted via live chat. They take a long time to respond and offer generic bot-like advice. 

Although there’s room for improvement, SurveySparrow sure is a superb option. Don’t be shy, give it a try!
